President
Pastor Desmond James
The president gives general direction and oversight to all aspects of the work of the church within our conference. This position is held by an ordained minister and is the spiritual leader of the membership and is responsible for the coordination of all the various avenues of church work. He facilitates strategic planning to accomplish the mission of the conference and church-related institutions.
Secretary
Pastor Wilmoth James
The office of the Executive Secretary maintains corporate and church-related records for the conference and assists the president in serving the needs of the conference constituency. This office keeps accurate accounts of all phases of the local conference’s ministries, including church membership and meeting minutes. The office also provides leadership to the local church officers who are responsible for membership records. of all the various avenues of church work. He facilitates strategic planning to accomplish the mission of the conference and church-related institutions.
Treasurer
Sister Sanida McKenzie
The office of the treasurer is responsible for the financial affairs of the conference. This office carries out the financial directives of the constituency as presented by the Executive Committee.The activities of this office include responsibility for the proper use of tithe and offerings, annual budget, monitoring adherence to the budget, cash flow management, preparation and presentation of financial statements and disbursement of funds according to policies.The office is also responsible for regular financial reviews of the local churches and schools.
