The Ministerial Secretary's office is to equip pastors and those involved in ministry to achieve their highest personal and professional potential. This includes but is not limited to,Spiritual Growth & Maturity,Pastoral & Nurturing Ministry,Evangelism & Church Growth,Global Mission & Church Planting ,Ministerial Resources & Continuing Education,Strengthening and supporting the pastoral family.
We are a ministerial family that is spread over fifteen islands. We are divided into six association chapters. In these chapters, we endeavor to meet the needs of pastoral families and provide training for elders.
The position of the gospel ministry to which we have aspired is called a noble task by the Apostle Paul, and rightly so, for we have been called by God to become His mouthpiece. We are ever grateful for such a task. We join the Apostle in exclaiming:
I thank Jesus Christ my Lord, who have given me strength, that He considered me faithful, appointing me to His service. 1 Timothy 1:12 (NIV)
We are ever mindful that the grace we offer others is the very grace we need to successfully complete the course.

Fostering spiritual and professional growth through retreats, seminars, support and evaluation.
To build an association where the pastoral team is surrendered to Christ, united with each other, filled with the Spirit and committed to preaching the Everlasting Gospel.
Salvation is for the pastoral team too!
Allowing the Holy Spirit who called us to the "Ministry of Reconciliation" to unite us as one as we give ourselves to the study of God's word, prayer, visitation, administration and management of the church and the preaching of the Everlasting Gospel, understanding as we do so, that the message we preach must be the message by which we live.
